Another application area of the SuperCollect System is the use of the system in enterprises or institutions. The figure shows the data flows and the role of the SuperCollect system.

Especially when data have to be collected from various information systems the advantages of the possibilities of the SuperCollect system are enormous. The business units only have to link once the (meta) data from their existing systems to the variables asked for to report periodically to the headquarter. The business units are not obliged to adapt the structure of their information systems or to make complex interfaces. They are always ready to fulfil the information needs of the management.

SuperCollect organises meetings to show professional data collectors the power of the SuperCollect system. The following issues are addressed during these meetings:

"SuperCollect is an information system that meets the requirements for a data capture system using the Internet. SuperCollect combines the power of the Internet with the upcoming standard of XML and the "de facto" standard of Excel. SuperCollect lowers the administrative work for organisations and/or parts of them when they have to provide data within their own company or to external institutions. Collectors of data cause most often this administrative work by asking for data by forms or questionnaires. The system can easily be implemented in the organisation. There is always one central part: a database with data and software to control the data collection process. The respondents only need an Internet connection and Excel software. The - by the "central part" - generated forms or questionnaires to be filled in are downloaded by the respondents via Internet and after transferring his own data to the form, the data are sent to the central part. The system also eases the data collection process itself: from the creation of the electronic questionnaire to the production of the data and the control of the dataflow."
