The services
The SuperCollect organisation offers the possibility to use the software system on one of its own Internet-servers. Then, the SuperCollect system will run on the SuperCollect server. Instead of a license fee one pays for the services offered by SuperCollect. The payment of the services will be yearly in advance, based on the estimated number of assignments. SuperCollect offers the service of the maintenance of the system, as a kind of intermediary between the collector and the data providers. The data collector pays for the right to use the backend software and for the number of observation units for which the software will be installed.
The kind of service can vary between control and maintenance of the SC-server, including the data transmission, until taking over the whole data capture function. The content of the data collected on behalf of our customers are encrypted and not readable by our employees.
The price for the service depend on your demand and will be offered as a tailor made solution.
