The licenses
A license fee has to be paid to be able to use the software. This license fee gives the customer the right to use the software for a certain period. The data collector is allowed to send the front-end software to its observation units. The data collector uses the (Internet)server of his own organisation and has to install and control the server. The customer will pay the license fee for the software product yearly in advance. The price is A patent of the SuperCollect System has been granted to SuperCollect Patent b.v.. It is not allowed to use the documentation and/or one of the versions of the SuperCollect System to copy the philosophy behind the system and/or the concept and develop own software based on it, without written permission of SuperCollect Patent b.v.. depending on the number of assignments. An assignment is a questionnaire assigned to an observation unit. The number of observation units is in this respect: the total number of observation units for which the front-end software will be installed during the license period. SuperCollect is allowed to check the number of assignments involved.
Depending on the kind of use special pricing arrangements can be made, for example for software publishers that want to add parts of our functionality to their own systems or governmental organisations creating ICT facilities for the business society to lower the administrative burden.
